Process Improvement
What is Process Improvement?
Through a defined Process Design Framework, we:
LISTEN & UNDERSTAND

Why Process Improvement?
The objective of our engagement is to improve existing business processes and/or create new ones that are adaptable (agile) and effective (efficient) to meet the business goals. Those goals are accomplished through thoughtful collaboration with our clients.
Our approach is based on our 20+ years of experience engineering business processes in a wide variety of industries, and by using the principles found in well-established disciplines like Agile, Dynamic Work Design, and Design Thinking.
We collaborate with our clients throughout the whole engagement. Instead of having a predetermined approach, we utilize the principles mentioned above to adjust and customize our engagement based on the client environment.
First, we listen and understand by meeting all stakeholders, learning the environment, and discovering what we want to achieve. Second, we analyze the current status and define the problems / opportunities. Then, we collaborate and create proposed solutions. Vital to the process is the continuous improvement step, where we monitor and adapt to keep the framework relevant.
At the end of our engagement, we provide a roadmap for the “improved state”. Our clients may choose to work with Leaf to implement the roadmap – or may decide to implement it internally or even choose another partner.
It is very important to note that the “improved state” would decay if it is let alone. Our clients, either internally or with a partner like Leaf, should regularly visit the processes and update them to match the ever-evolving business environment.
